SHAWL : Chesterfield

This colourway is something a little different that lands somewhere between self-striping and variegated yarn. Random splashes of autumnal colours make for addictive knitting with striking results.

Since the colours are applied randomly, individual skeins will vary. Like our other colourways, this is designed to be knit into a triangular shawl, with the sections of colour getting longer as the rows get longer too.

The shawl pictured shows the style of the striping for Chesterfield. It is a modified Hydrogen Shawl knit in April Showers using one 170 g skein.

We sell regular and XL skeins:
115 g (4 oz) is a standard skein
170 g (6 oz) is 1.5 times a standard skein
More more detail, see our base yarns.

Our photos are intended to capture the overall feel of the colourway, but our dye lots do vary. Look here for more info about our yarn, including a description of our base yarns.
