SHAWL : April Showers

Note: The current dye lot on the lighter/brighter side - the main product photo is a good representation, but the other photos show a darker dye lot.

This colourway is something a little different that lands somewhere between self-striping and variegated yarn. Random splashes of greys and blues make for addictive knitting with striking results.

Since the colours are applied randomly, individual skeins will not be an exact match for the sample shown. Like our other colourways, this is designed to be knit into a triangular shawl, with the sections of colour getting longer as the rows get longer too.

The shawl pictured is a modified Hydrogen Shawl knit using one 170 g skein. Details of the modifications are on this Ravelry project page

We sell regular and XL skeins:
115 g (4 oz) is a standard skein
170 g (6 oz) is 1.5 times a standard skein
More more detail, see our base yarns.

Our photos are intended to capture the overall feel of the colourway, but our dye lots do vary. Look here for more info about our yarn, including a description of our base yarns.
