I think we can all agree that starting a new project is much more fun than finishing one? And it’s possible that every once in a while, the urge to cast on something new wins out over putting time into a project that’s already on the needles?
If you have no idea what I’m talking about, congratulations, you have already achieved a higher state of being, no need to read any further.
But for the rest of us, I have an idea. How about in February we pick those projects back up and finish them? It’s a knit-along, but really a finish-along (FAL?).
It will be so satisfying to bind off, weave in those ends, and actually be able to wear your beautiful knits. Also, as a bonus, you get your needles back so you can cast on for something else!
