Shipping policy

 

Some items are in stock and others are dyed-to-order. Either way, please allow 2-4 weeks to ship. Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready.

Canada: Free shipping for orders of $200 or more. Flat rate for orders under $200. Shipping via Chit Chats in partnership with Canada Post and/or local couriers. Tracking numbers are provided.

We do not offer local pickup. Sorry about this! As a family business, we need flexibility with our time and so we aren't able to offer regular "open studio hours" for pickup, nor do we currently have a safe, public space to set up a lockbox. 

USA (lower 48 states): Free shipping for orders of $200 or more. Flat rate for orders under $200.  Packages are shipped via ChitChats in partnership with USPS and tracking is provided. 

International: We are not currently shipping to the EU due to GPSR regulations that went into effect at the end of 2024.  

Please note that we set our shipping prices in CAD. Rates will be converted into local currency at checkout.
