Shipping Update: We are currently shipping Socktober orders that were placed on August 21. Orders are shipped in the order that we received them. 

We always aim to ship within 2–3 weeks. We had so many more orders than expected when we launched Incantation that it may take a little longer than usual. However, we are still on track to have all orders shipped by mid-September so that everyone has their yarn in time for the KAL starting October 1. Thanks for your understanding!

We do not have a retail space and aren't able to offer local pickup.  We are not currently shipping to the EU due to GPSR regulations that went into effect at the end of 2024.
