Signups close today, so now's the time! Once signups close, the pattern and yarn won't be available again until next summer.

It's a beginner-friendly crescent shawlette designed by Andrea Rangel, with three colourways inspired by how humans, cats, and dogs each see the rainbow.

Laid out flat, it really does look like a rainbow!

The kit includes:

• One 100g skein of self-striping yarn. The yarn creates a cheerful rainbow gradient where each colourway represents a different kind of vision: human, feline, or canine.
• A PDF shawlette pattern by Andrea Rangel.
• Access to our August Knit-Along, running August 1-31.
