Please note: Each skein is different as I tweaked and tested my dye recipes. Some are brighter, some are darker, some are muddier, some are cheerier.

We've recently upgraded our dyeing process and did a lot of colour mixing tests to see how the colours play together. I posted a little about it here and here. There was such an enthusiastic response to these fun swatches that I decided to some for the shop.

Each skein has three sections: two matching striped gradients and one solid grey section. One skein is enough for a matching pair of socks

The second image shows one twisted skein lying beside a second skein that has been wound into three separate cakes. The third image shows a full skein lying above a knitted sample of one of the two matching gradients.

We are updating our skeins from 115 g to 100 g (and 170 g to 150 g), with a corresponding decrease in prices. While we transition, you will find both sizes of yarn in the shop.
