This space and our policies will evolve as we do. We will try to own up to our mistakes and welcome feedback on how we can do better. 

 

Shipping Rates and Methods

Canada: Free shipping for orders of $200 or more. Flat rate of $12 for orders under $200. Shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Tracking numbers are provided.

Local pickup is available for customers in the Victoria, BC area. We do not have a retail space, but have a safe, outdoor drop box for pickup. 

USA (lower 48 states): Free shipping for orders of $200 or more. Flat rate of $10 for orders under $200.  Packages are shipped via ChitChats/USPS and tracking is provided. 

International: $12 flat rate. Ships via Canada Post. No tracking is available. 

 

 

Shop Update Schedule

We do not have a regular shop update schedule. 

 

Order Fulfillment Times

Some items are in stock and others are dyed-to-order. Either way, please allow 2-4 weeks to ship. Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready.

 

Returns

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but in general we will accept returns on any yarn in original condition. 

 

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, MasterCards, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments except PayPal are processed via Shopify by Shop Pay. No account it required.

 

Taxes

Canadian residents will be charged GST/HST.
