Astronomy KAL : Round Trip
Astronomy KAL : Round Trip
Join us for a mystery KAL in February 2025!
This data-inspired self-striping yarn transforms February's night sky into a knittable calendar. Each stripe represents a day of the month, with colours reflecing key astronomical evens. It's the perfect way to blend your passion for science and crafting into one stellar project.
The KAL itself will take place primarily in our Ravelry group.
This knit-along, along with another in April, takes the place of last year’s winter club. As before, the yarn will be a surprise, but these photos offer a glimpse of the colour palette.
Yarn will ship by mid-January so we are ready for a February 1 cast on.
You are welcome to work with any pattern you'd like. Choose the yarn that best suits your project. This is the Round Trip version of the yarn and has a total of 4x28 = 112 stripes. It's a great choice for socks. For a hat or cowl, we recommend the One Way Trip version here.
This listing is for yarn only. We do not sell knitted items.
