Colour Study : Green
Colour Study : Green
April 22: Hi. This colourway flew off the shelves this morning and I'm all sold out now. I can't take pre-orders right now, but I will restock in a couple weeks. Thank you!
Please note: There is a lot of variation between dye lots in these colour studies. Today's batch is similar to the one in the first photo.
We've recently upgraded our dyeing process and did a lot of colour mixing tests to see how the colours play together. I posted a little about it here and here. There was such an enthusiastic response to these fun swatches that I decided to some for the shop.
Each skein has three sections: two matching striped gradients and one solid grey section. One skein is enough for a matching pair of socks or the gorgeous Bobble Cowl in the final image.
The second image shows one twisted skein lying beside a second skein that has been wound into three separate cakes. The third image shows a full skein lying above a knitted sample of one of the two matching gradients.
This listing is for yarn only. We do not sell knitted items.
