The October Cosmos colourway is inspired by your birth flower. While these delicate blooms are typically a soft pink, I wanted to create something with a bit more edge. I've paired pale pink with pops of acid yellow, deep blue, and fuchsia to create a more modern take on this traditional birth flower.

I knit these socks with 3x1 ribbing, and used extra pink from the opposite end of the skein for the heel.

October Cosmos are the ninth in our year of birth flower yarn, based on the flowers traditionally associated with each month.
