We are collaborating with Andrea Rangel again this August. We've made some changes to how we will run this year’s club, most notably that each month will be listed separately.
- The pattern and yarn are a secret, but we put together three colour palettes for you to choose from: Peony (pinks and oranges), Mint (greens and teals), or Driftwood (greys and beiges).
- August's project will be a one-skein neck accessory in fingering weight wool.
- Club subscriptions are for one month. Future months will be listed separately.
- You will receive one pdf knitting pattern and one skein of yarn.
- For anyone who wants to knit together, we will host an informal knit-along.
Wondering what the club will be like? Take a look at what we did in June 2020, summer 2019, summer 2018, and summer 2017.
Yarn will ship mid-August. Patterns will be in PDF form and download instructions will be sent to the email address used for this order.
You will receive one skein of yarn and a coordinating pattern. Colourways and patterns are exclusive to the club for one full year. Spaces are limited.
Striping Patterns
Striping Patterns
Round Trip Designed with two matching halves—perfect for projects like socks, mittens, or sleeves where you want identical results. One 100 g skein of fingering weight is enough for an average-size pair of women's socks. For longer or wider socks, choose the 150 g size.
One-Way Trip A long, non-repeating color sequence. Great for hats, cowls, or scarves—ideal when you want a journey through color from start to finish. For a Musselburgh Hat, 100 g of Trifecta or MCN is enough for a size L hat but you will need 150 g if you'd like a wide, folded brim. 4-Ply has more yardage so 100 g is enough to make a folded brim.
Shawl Yarn Specially dyed for top-down triangular shawls. Each stripe is the same width from beginning to end, with no ends to weave in. 100 g of fingering weight is enough for a small shawlette. 150 g gives a more generous size.
Sweater Yarn Designed for garments like baby sweaters. The stripes appear only on the yoke, and the rest is a coordinating solid color—no switching yarns or breaking the flow.
