This colourway was designed as an icebreaker for our 2024 winter yarn club. It is inspired by the drinking game Never Have I Ever.

The yarn is a self-striping shawl yarn and the suggested pattern/game/icebreaker involves responding to "never have I ever" prompts every second stripe. Instead of taking a shot, you will knit a stripe in garter stitch if your response is "yes, I've done that!"

This yarn is specifically designed to be knit into a triangular shawl. It will "work" with any triangular shawl pattern, but I recommend picking something simple to let the stripes shine, like my free Hydrogen Shawl pattern (direct download or Ravelry link).

For a small shawlette, you will need one 100g skein in any yarn. For a larger project, choose the 150 g option. The MCN and Trifecta are a heavier fingering weight, and 4-Ply is lighter with more yardage.
